Feedback, bug reports, format requests, or questions about ReduceSize— we read everything, even if replies take a little time.
What to include
A short note is enough. If you’re reporting a problem, tell us which tool you used (PDF, image, GIF, or a KB preset), what you expected, and what happened instead. Device and browser names help when something only fails on one setup. Please don’t send passwords, ID numbers, or private documents—describe the issue without the sensitive file.
Topics we welcome
- Confusing labels, missing presets, or unclear size results
- Quality surprises after a reduce (faces, text, GIF motion)
- Requests for formats or limits you see on real forms
- Partnership or listing questions that don’t need a sales deck
What to expect
We aim to read every message. Replies may take a few days during busy weeks, and we may not be able to debug every personal file. If your note is a feature idea, it still helps us decide what to build next— including the upcoming video size reducer.
